"Sauteed the sausage after cutting them into 1/2 inch slices, then cut on a diameter line so you get half moons. After the sausage is cooked pull it out and cook 1/2 an onion that is chopped in 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch pieces in the oil. For about 4 minutes. Put in 2 cloves of smashed garlic cook for a minute. Put in 2 1/2 peeled and diced Roma tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes. Put in 1 1/2 cups of Chardonnay. Cook for 5 minutes. Put in 2 sprigs fresh oragano that is cut chifannod and the cooked sausage. Cook until most of juice is gone. Put over small raviolis stuffed with cheese that is stirred up with olive oil."
