Step 1
Place nuts and seeds into a food processor and blitz on high until nuts are chopped into chunky pieces.
Step 2
Add in dates, chia seed, coconut oil, and cinnamon. Process again on high until mixture is chopped into small pieces and is sticky.
Step 3
Line a container with baking paper and spoon mixture in. Press down firmly with a spoon until its tightly packed.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 1 hour until set, before cutting into pieces. Best kept in the fridge until ready to serve.
