Preheat oven to 350; line loaf pan with parchment, overlapping sides

Whip eggs for 1 minute; add melted butter and whip until fully incorporated

Reduce speed to low; sift in remaining dry ingredients and stir to combine until completely incorporated and batter is thick

Sift in set aside dry ingredients as much as possible (about 1/8 of dry ingredients will sift into bowl); combine for 3 seconds on speed 3

Place remaining dry ingredients into TM bowl; combine to fully incorporate for 5 seconds at speed 4 (repeat until smooth)

Pour into prepared pan; spread with spatula

Bake 40-45 minutes until golden; cool on wire rack for 10 minutes
