Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
To a large glass bowl, add the radishes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Step 3
Add the coated radishes to a large baking pan, cast iron skillet or glass baking dish. For best results, flip the radishes flesh side down.
Step 4
Place the baking pan in the over and roast radishes for 15-20 minutes, or until desired doneness. If they are smaller, keep an eye on them around 12-15 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve warm.
