Wash and drain the red lentil, take into a deep pot
Step 2
Add enough water to pass it over and boil it until softens,
Step 3
Drain the water and place the lentils in a deep bowl,
Step 4
Add tahini, mashed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, pepper and cumin on it,
Step 5
Pulse the blender until you get a smooth consistency and take it to a service tray,
Step 6
Garnish with olive oil and any spices you like.
