Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a small Bundt pan with cooking spray. Beat together the box ingredients with the eggs, the milk and the oil in a large bowl until combined.

Step 2

Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake according to the box instructions, about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 3

Whisk together the cream cheese, the powdered sugar and the vanilla in a small bowl until smooth. Invert the cooled cake onto a serving dish and pour the cream cheese icing evenly over the top. Slice and serve.
