Red Velvet Weight Watchers Muffins

Step 1

Be sure to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Start by whisking together your yogurt and water in a bowl.

Step 3

Next slowly mix in the dry cake mix, you will not use any other ingredients on the cake mix box.

Step 4

Take a paper towel and get it wet with vegetable oil.

Step 5

Rub down the Muffin Pan with the greased paper towel so your muffins will easily pop out of the pan.

Step 6

Bake for about 15-22 minutes depending on your oven, I use a toothpick to check the doneness of the muffin.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy!!
