Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until fluffy.

Step 2

Add the cheesecake pudding mixture and beat until fully combined (mixture will be chunky).

Step 3

With the mixer (or hand beater) running on low speed, slowly drizzle 1 ½ cups of the heavy whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture. Beat well between the addition of small amounts (add only 1 tablespoon at a time).

Step 4

Add powdered sugar to the cheesecake mixture and continue beating until fully combined.

Step 5

In a separate mixing bowl, beat remaining 1 ½ cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Step 6

Use a spatula to gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until fully incorporated.

Step 7

Chop Oreo cookies and Reese’s peanut butter cups into large chunks.

Step 8

Stir cookies and peanut butter cups into the cheesecake mixture, reserving a few to garnish the top of the salad.

Step 9

Transfer to a serving bowl and top with reserved candy/cookies.

Step 10

For a chocolate ganache topping, heat ½ cup chocolate chips with 3 tablespoons of heavy cream food about 30 seconds in the microwave. Whisk together the cream and chocolate until fully combined and silky smooth. Cool for a few minutes.

Step 11

Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the top of the prepared salad and serve alongside for drizzling over individual portions.
