This Cajun Remoulade Sauce recipe is creamy, tangy, quick and easy to make and the perfect pairing with po&#39; boys, fried okra, and fried catfish.

Remoulade Sauce

mayonnaise

tbsp dill pickle relish

lemon juice

hot sauce

capers (roughly chopped)

paprika

tsp Creole or Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

garlic (minced finely)

Mix everything together and chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.
