Ingredients: 1 can Rotel hot diced tomatoes, (mild if you don’t like the heat); 1 can Rotel chipotle diced tomatoes; 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes; 2 tsp sea salt; 2 tsp chicken bouillon; 1/2 tsp smoked paprika; Juice from one lime; 1/2 large yellow or white onion, (cut into about 1″ squares); 2 cloves garlic, (peeled); 1 cup cilantro, (about a handful)

Rotel hot diced tomatoes, (mild if you don’t like the heat)

Rotel chipotle diced tomatoes

fire roasted diced tomatoes

tsp sea salt

chicken bouillon

tsp smoked paprika

lime

yellow

garlic, (peeled)

cilantro, (about a handful)

Drain tomatoes

Process the ingredients

Add all ingredients to food processor and turn on high for about 15–20 seconds or until you get the desired consistency.

Serve

Serve chips and salsa immediately, and definitely don’t forget this one with the street tacos.
