If you need a fast, easy and different  appetizer, try this. Make ahead and pop in oven for the 5 minutes. They are always a winner.

mayonnaise

chili powder (Gebhardt is good)

taco sauce

salt & pepper

Ritz crackers

Combine hard cooked eggs (chopped fine), mayonnaise, chili powder, and salt &amp; pepper.

Spoon on the crackers and top with a dab of the taco sauce.

OMG!  This was SOOO good!  Exactly what I was craving....I knew it would be tasty, just because of the ingredients, but I had no idea it would be THAT tasty!  So addictive....Had to hard-boil 4 more eggs just to make it again -- doubled -- because my kids were mad at me that I wouldn't share it!  Good, simple snackies...and in my cookbook now.  Thank you!  :)
