We have made this several times. The combination we like the best is half maple syrup, half honey. We have done it with squash or sweet potatoes or a combination. Great anyway.

Fantastic! This can easily be used with squash in place of sweet potatoes. A sprinkle of pecans during the last 10 min of roasting adds a nice crunch.

We loved this! Have made it with sweet potatoes and with butternut squash and both are excellent. So easy and I covered the pan with non-stick foil so clean up was a breeze. Definitely a keeper.

A wonderful sweet potato recipe!  Roasting the sweet potatoes bring out their natural sweetness and the honey glaze really takes it over the top.  We loved this delicious dish.  It&#039;s a perfect accompaniment to any entree and would be especially good for any holiday buffet.  I think I&#039;ll make this for Easter to go with our ham.  A keeper, for sure!
