Step 1

Preheat oven 200C/180C fan-forced.

Step 2

Place broccoli and mushrooms, stem-side up, on a large baking tray with sides. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with sage and garlic. Pour over wine. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Remove and discard foil. Add lentils to tray. Sprinkle with fetta. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake for a further 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender and beginning to char. Sprinkle with rocket. Serve with bread.
