Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Peel and cut your potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes (peeling is optional).

Add the potatoes to a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
