Roasted Rosemary Sweet Potatoes

sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch rounds

olive oil

dried rosemary, crushed

salt

chili powder

pepper

cayenne pepper

These potatoes were easy to prepare and tasted great! I can't wait to make them again!

<p>This is the second time I've made these.  This time I used all of the ingredients in the recipe except I used infused garlic oil.  I served them with TOH's Oven Fried Chicken Drums.  It was a memorable meal!  There was just a little bit of heat from the cayenne and the crushed rosemary and chili powder added a good flavor.  </p>

I made these w/o the rosemary and served them topped with homemade chili.  Delicious!  I used non-stick foil.
