Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark Mix potatoes, lardons, butter, lemon wedges and some seasoning in a large roasting tin or ovenproof serving dish. Roast for 30min, shaking the tin/dish occasionally.

Step 2

Mix in the radishes and return to the oven for 20min, until veg is golden and tender (cover with foil if browning too quickly).

Step 3

Stir through the frozen peas and return to oven for 5min to heat through. Transfer to a warmed serving dish if in a tin. Serve.
