Step 1

Combine all ingredients except preserves. Pour into 5-cup ring mold and level with rubber spatula. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 5 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Remove plastic. Place plate or serving platter on top of mold and flip both together while maintaining pressure to keep them together. If cheese ring won’t release set the mold in a pan of warm water for 5 minutes or so to loosen outer edges.

Step 3

Pour preserves in center and serve with crackers or bread. This can be served without preserves as well. Can also be molded into other shapes like a ball if desired.
