Step 1
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
Step 2
Lightly flour a flat surface. Open homemade filo using a wooden pin and once you create a thin sheet, layer onto a lightly oiled baking pan.
Step 3
Empty all the filling onto the filo in the pan and cover with another sheet of the homemade filo.
Step 4
Cut the top layer of the filo lightly with a sharp knife into diamonds, being careful not cut through to the bottom
Step 5
Bake at 180C for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.
Step 6
Serve with a Greek salad or on its own.
