Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350F

Prepare your sugar cookie dough per the instructions on the Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix.

Step 3

Flour your surface and your rolling pin and roll your sugar cookie dough out to about 12 inches.

Step 4

Use a round plate or bowl as a guide to shape your pizza and using a sharp knife cut around it.

Step 5

Place your dough onto a lightly greased pizza tray and put it into the oven for 11-minutes.

Step 6

Turn off your oven and turn your broiler onto high. Move your oven tray to the level underneath the broiler.

Step 7

While the cookie is still warm add chocolate chips to the top, and then add marshmallows on top of those.

Step 8

Put your pizza back under the broiler, don't walk away though. As soon as the marshmallows start expending and going brown remove the tray from the oven.

Step 9

Crush your graham crackers and sprinkle them over the top.

Step 10

Melt the rest of your chocolate chips and using a piping bag or plastic condiment dispenser add a little melted chocolate across the top.

Step 11

Serve your s'mores sugar cookie dessert pizza warm or cold using a pizza cutter to cut it into slices.
