Spray and line a large cake tin, you could use a large square tin or a large rectangle tin, this single recipe makes quite a big cake.

Bake in moderate/slow oven (around 170 degrees celsius) for about 1 hour - cooking time will depend on your oven, check after 45 minutes with a skewer.
