Step 1

Preheat oven to LOW broil.

Step 2

Line baking sheet with foil. Place 24 pretzels on the prepared baking sheet side by side.

Step 3

Place one unwrapped caramel on top of each pretzel on the baking sheet.

Step 4

Place pretzels/caramels in the oven and allow caramels to melt slightly, about 2 minutes or so. Caramels should just be squishy enough to be able to press another pretzel onto and NOT fully melted.

Step 5

Remove the pan from the oven and quickly press another pretzel on top of the warm caramel. Press down gently but firmly enough to stick the pretzel to the caramel.

Step 6

Set pretzel sandwiches aside.

Step 7

In 2 small microwave save bowls, add milk chocolate chips to one bowl and the white chocolate chips to the other.

Step 8

Add 1 teaspoon of oil to each kind of chocolate chips.

Step 9

Place one bowl at a time in the microwave on medium high heat in 30 second intervals, stirring each time. Continue to heat until melted though. Repeat with the second bowl of chocolate chips.

Step 10

Once melted, use a small spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the pretzel sandwiches. I like drizzling the milk chocolate first and then the white chocolate second.

Step 11

Place a pinch of sea salt on top of the drizzled melted chocolate.

Step 12

Allow completed treats to set up in the fridge, about 10 minutes. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
