Step 1

Prepare the prawns by peeling off the head and shell and wash it.

Step 2

Peel the stink beans out of the outer shell and remove the skin (in beige color). Cut each stink bean into half.

Step 3

Cut the ginger and onion into slices. Chop the garlic and small onion until finely minced.

Step 4

Heat a wok with 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Once the wok is hot, add the ginger, garlic, and small onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp of oil and dried prawns. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until the aroma come out. Add Sambal and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 2 tbsp water, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 5

Add the prawns and stir-fry. Add the stink beans after the prawns change color. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add onion and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add some salt to increase for favor.

Step 6

Done and serve immediately.
