Prepare the prawns by peeling off the head and shell and wash it.

Stir-fry for 1 minute or until the aroma come out. Add Sambal and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 2 tbsp water, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the prawns and stir-fry. Add the stink beans after the prawns change color. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add onion and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add some salt to increase for favor.
Step 6
Done and serve immediately.
