Step 1

FIRST STEP:In Large skillet add olive oil and sausage and saute for 10-12 minutes over medium heat or until sausage is cooked through.

Step 3

Remove Sausage and set aside ( slice when sausage has cooled into small pieces)

Step 5

SECOND STEP: Add Onions, garlic, peppers, salt and pepper and everything bagel seasoning and saute for 6-8 minutes

Step 7

Add rice, chicken broth, cut sausage and soy sauce mix together and cook covered for 5-10 minutes or until rice is done, all liquid should be absorbed

Step 9

Serve with a side of salad or some fresh bread
