Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Chop each biscuit into 6 to 8 pieces. Place chopped biscuits in the bottom of the baking dish.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until no longer pink and crumbled. Drain fat.
