Sausage Biscuit Cups

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 or 3 mini muffin tins. You will have enough to make about You can make them in batches if you only have 1 muffin tin.

Step 2

Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth.

Step 3

Fold in sausage and cheese.

Step 4

Separate each biscuit into 3 pieces (peeling apart the layers.) Press one piece into each muffin cup.

Step 5

Fill cups with egg mixture.

Step 6

Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and egg is set.
