Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
Slice the bell peppers and onion. Then toss in the olive oil, salt, pepper and italian seasoning
Step 3
Line peppers and onions on sheet pan evenly as possible. Place sausages on top whole or cut them up such as in photos. For a sear make sure sausages are touching the bottom of the pan and not on top of veggies
Step 4
Bake 30 minutes
Step 5
Remove and serve.
