Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in large saucepan and cook garlic, carrot, celery, tomatoes and onion until softened. Remove from pan.

Step 2

Add remaining oil to pan with the mince and flour. Cook until brown. Return vegetables to pan.

Step 3

Add in beef stock and sauces and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
