Pre-heat the oven to 430 ºF (220 ºC) and line a baking tray with greaseproof/baking paper.
Cut the puff pastry sheet into thin strips, each roughly 3/4" (about 2 cm) x 9" in dimension.
Cut the prosciutto into 3/4" (about 2 cm) strips (it will tear up slightly, no reason to panic).
Put the prosciutto strips on top of the puff pastry strips (or use smaller irregular pieces of prosciutto to cover the strips of puff pastry).
Take the ends of each puff pastry and prosciutto strip, hold them one in each hand, and twist in opposite directions. The puff pastry twists will “open up” slightly as they bake, so make the twist a bit tighter than you ultimately want.
Put the twists onto the lined baking tray and bake them at 430 ºF (220 ºC) for 10 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown.
Leave to cool and enjoy!
