Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C Fan).
Step 2
Add the halved potatoes to a large wide baking tray. Drizzle over the oil, season with salt and pepper, and dot with half the butter. Roast on the top shelf of the oven for 35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
Step 3
Meanwhile, stir together the ingredients for the sour cream sauce. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Step 4
Add the broccoli to the tray with the potatoes. Season with more salt and pepper and toss with the new potatoes. Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the traybake from the oven, lay the salmon fillets on top of the broccoli and potatoes and dot the salmon with the remaining butter. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and return to the oven for 12 - 15 mins, until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
Step 6
Divide the traybake between plates and drizzle over the sour cream sauce. Serve with lemon wedges.
