Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Mix first 5 ingredients; shape into 8 (1/4-inch thick) patties. Roll hard-cooked eggs in flour. Place each egg on center of meat patty; wrap meat patty to enclose egg completely.

Step 3

Beat whole egg in shallow dish. Place coating mix in separate shallow dish. Dip meat-covered eggs in beaten egg, then in coating mix, turning to evenly coat each before placing on rimmed baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake 30 to 40 min. or until meat is done.
