Step 1

Add eggs to a saucepan, add in olive oil, milk, and salt.  Whisk the eggs together and cook on low heat.

Once the eggs are cooked, set aside

Chop ham

Step 4

Roll out the puff pastry dough and cut each piece into 8 slices.

Step 5

Place some scrambled eggs, ham and cheese on a bottom slice and place another slice on top.

Step 6

secure the pastries together with a fork.

Step 7

Make egg wash and brush some egg wash on each pastry.

Step 8

Cook at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.

Step 9

Remove from the oven when the puff pastry is cooked to your liking.  You can store these in the fridge for a few days and freeze them.
