Combine all of the ingredients in a heavy bottom sauce pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently until the cranberries burst.
Step 3
Cook for a few more minutes until reduced slightly and almost jammy. Remove from the heat.
Step 4
Allow the cranberry sauce to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container to store in the fridge or freezer.
