Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the dressing. Set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the sliced beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
