Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Combine flour, salt, paprika, sage, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Add the chicken pieces in the bag, seal, and shake until well coated.
Step 3
Place butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish and melt in the oven.
Step 4
Arrange the chicken pieces in the baking dish, skin side down. Bake for 20 minutes and flip them over. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until golden and the juices run clear. Let chicken rest for 3 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
