Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, toss to coat.Nestle the sausages in between the veggies and roast for 30 minutes.In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, honey and soy sauce.Remove the sausage and veggies from the oven and toss with the sauce or drizzle on top once in the hoagie roll

Serve sausage and veggies on toasted hoagie rolls smothered in the sauce
