If time allows, marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.Arrange the corn around the meat. When ready, bake for 10 minutes. Switch the oven to broil. Broil for 2-5 minutes until the meat begins to crisp. Watch closely. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes, then thinly slice and toss with the corn.Meanwhile, make the sauce. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt. Spoon the sauce lightly over the steak. Stuff the steak into warm tortillas. Top as desired with avocado, cheese, cilantro, and additional sauce. Enjoy!
