Step 1
Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date (3 months from when you prepped the meal).
Step 2
Add all ingredients to your freezer bag.
Step 3
Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze.
Step 4
Cook for 6-8 hours on “low” setting.
Step 5
Shred beef.
Step 6
Add frozen meal to Instant Pot and saute for 5 minutes to release some liquid.
Step 7
Flip over.
Step 8
Add ½ cup water.
Step 9
Pressure cook 60 minutes.
Step 10
Natural release.
Step 11
Shred beef and coat with the sauce from Instant Pot.
