Step 1

Marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes with the spices, lime juice and olive oil.

Step 2

Meanwhile, chop and slice the peppers.

Step 3

Add one Tbsp of olive oil in a skillet and bring to medium heat. Sauté the peppers with garlic until they tender. Remove and set aside in a bowl.

Step 4

In the same skillet, sauté the shrimp until they are fully cooked. Then return the cooked veggies to the skillet and sauté with the shrimps for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Step 5

Remove and serve.
