Peel, devein, and wash the shrimp. Arrange on a paper towel to dry. You can leave the tail on if you’d like.

Slice the strips of bacon in half, wrap a strip around each shrimp, and keep the bacon in place with a toothpick.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Heat the brandy in another container. Remove the frying pan from the heat, add the brandy, and very carefully, set the liquor on fire. Let evaporate.
Step 5
Serve with pasta or a side salad, and enjoy.
