Step 1

Mix the eggs, sugar, yogurt and oil. Sieve the flour and add it in. Grate the apples and sprinkle with plenty of cinnamon.

Add the apples and baking powder, then put it all in a greased baking dish. Heat only the bottom element of the oven and bake the cake on it only.

Step 3

Then turn on the top element and bake the top. The cake turns out superb. Baking time depends on the oven, so just keep an eye on it to see if it’s ready.

Step 4

The best way to find out is to poke it with a toothpick (it needs to come out dry) or when the cake starts to separate from the sides of the baking dish. Enjoy!
