Step 1

Beat the eggs with a mixer, add the sugar and whip again until they turn into a foam. Then gradually add the flour until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Add the oil, baking powder, vanilla, and grated apples to the blend. Add a pinch of cinnamon and beat the mixture; you can use a spoon now. You should get a not-too-thick mixture.

When grabbing a spoonful of it, it must drip. Pour the mixture into a pie form.

Bake the sponge cake for 45 minutes in a preheated 300°F (150 °C) oven.
