Step 1
In a medium saucepan, bring blueberries, sugar, and 1 cup water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until berries just begin to burst.
Step 2
Stir together 1 tbsp cornstarch and 2 tbsp water in a small bowl. Add to blueberries. Mix well.
Step 3
Continue to let simmer until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Step 5
Use on a dark plate with puffs of white whipped cream, fresh blueberries, and star stickers for a fun breakfast event.
