Name: Simple Fruit Dip
Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese; 2 tablespoons white sugar; ⅓ cup packed brown sugar; 1 teaspoon caramelized sugar

This is the best recipe to have around when there are people that may be dieting during the holidays, to make it lite just use reduced fat cream cheese.

brown sugar

caramelized sugar

Combine the cream cheese, white sugar, brown sugar and caramelized sugar. Beat until smooth.


Very good fruit dip!  I didn't need quite so much of it, but it was definitely a hit.

How something so simple can be so delicious.  I served at a shower and it was a real HIT.

I usually make the full calorie version of this dip. While this wasn't horrible it just wasn't as good. I think I'll stick to the original version.

Fast, easy, and this made my husband very happy as he had "caramel dip" for his apples. I used Neufchatel cheese. The flavor was very good and caramel tasting. I scaled this down to 2 servings and they were generous indeed. I'll fix this again. Thanks for the tasty recipe Cindy!

My grand daughter made this for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is so good and easy. As others have said, it disappears fast.

This is amazing fruit dip! And it's so easy to make! Great with sliced apples or strawberries. We will be making this again!!

Also makes a good chip dip if your  tired of salsa.

It’s was really cream-cheesy-y it’s was a bit in pleasant, but that might have been since I just marshmallow fluff!
