Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment.

In a bowl add apple, cinnamon, salt, mix.

In a bowl whisk together oil and water until blended.

Step 4

Add flour and combine into pie dough.

Step 5

Spread pie dough into a rough square on the parchment.

Step 6

Add filling to one half, cover with the other half.

Step 7

Don’t stress if it tears a bit, it’s like playdough, just stick it back together.

Step 8

Crimp the edges with a fork if you will.

Step 9

Bake 20 minutes!

Step 10

Let cool then add the icing, let set in the fridge and enjoy!
