Sirloin Steak Salad

lb boneless sirloin steak,

Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

(5-oz) pkg spring mix

tomato, chopped

red onion, thinly sliced

bacon,

red wine vinaigrette

Preheat broiler. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Place steak on a lightly greased broiler pan.

Broil 8 to 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.

Combine spring mix, tomato, onion, and bacon in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing, and toss. Arrange salad on 2 plates; top with steak.
