Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Heat cast iron skillet to medium on stove top with one TBSP. oil.

Step 3

Sear chicken thighs in skillet. While searing, season with chicken seasoning.

Step 4

Transfer skillet to oven. Make sure thighs are skin side up before transferring to oven.

Step 5

Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from oven and baste with BBQ sauce.

Step 7

Return to oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
