This recipe was simply delicious!! I doubled the recipe and my daddy was so pleased ?? it makes me soo happy seeing daddy happy! I will makes this again just to see Daddy&#039;s reaction :)

The recipe was not quite enough to feed my family, so I doubled the potatoes and the canola oil.  My family is rather averse to seasonings, so I stuck with just a little garlic powder and paprika.

I was concerned about the potatoes being cooked thoroughly, so I chopped the pieces relatively small - I would say about 1/2&quot; dice.

The potatoes came out beautifully - perfectly crispy on the outside, perfectly soft on the inside.  My family raved about them!

I had two red potatoes I needed to use and I found this recipe while looking for another one. They were very tasty , the spice mixture was very tasty and they crisp up really good. Very easy cheap delicious side dish!
