Preheat oven to 190°C or 375°F, and lightly grease + line a medium sized slice tray.
Step 2
Add oats to mixer bowl, chop for 3 sec/speed 5/MC on.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients, excluding the chocolate chips, and mix for 10 sec/speed 3/MC on.
Step 4
Add chocolate chips and mix for 5 sec/speed 3/MC on.
Step 5
Press mixture into prepared tin and bake in the oven for 15 mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting.
