Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook penne, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.

Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil. Brown the ground beef and ground pork sausage, and drain off the fat.

Add the onion, and green bell pepper, into the hot skillet and cook 3-5 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce; reduce heat and simmer until heated through, about 5-10 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix together cooked penne, half of the cheese, and all of the ground meat and Manwich mixture. Stir together.
Step 7
Pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining half of the cheese.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
Step 9
Garnish with fresh parsley
