Step 1

Chop chicken and sausage into bite size pieces and add to large zipper bag.

Step 2

Add next 4 ingredients to chicken mixture. Zip to seal and squish around to mix

Step 3

Add above ingredients along with chicken mixture to slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 hours. Add ½ pound cooked shrimp last 10 minutes of cook time to warm through.

Step 4

Cook rice according to package directions.

Step 5

Serve with salad, rice and Cajun hot sauce if desired.
